Provide and maintain the App, including matchmaking, game creation, and court booking.
Show you relevant venues, games, and players based on your location and preferences.

Manage teams, challenges, and social features.
Improve the App and develop new features based on usage patterns.

Other Players: Your public profile (name, avatar, sport preferences, rank) is visible to other users when you join games or teams.
Venue Operators: When you book a court, the venue receives your name and booking details.
Payment Processors: Stripe processes your payment information under their own privacy policy.
Infrastructure Providers: We use Supabase for database and authentication, and cloud services for hosting.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase with row-level security policies enforced at the database level. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and implement access controls to protect your information. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access, update, or delete your profile information through the App settings.
Revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings.
Disable push notifications through your device settings.
Request a copy of your personal data.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.

7. Location Data

We request location access to provide core functionality: finding nearby venues, showing distance to games, and connecting you with local players. Location data is not shared with third parties for advertising. You can disable location access at any time, though some features may be limited.

Dribble is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
