Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Dribble mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dribble. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Providing accurate profile information (name, sport preferences, skill level).
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or negatively impact the community.

4. Games, Bookings & Payments

Dribble facilitates court bookings and game organization between players and venue operators. When you create or join a game that involves a fee:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Dribble does not store your full payment card details.
  • Fees are displayed before you confirm. By confirming, you authorize the charge.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking. Cancellations made within the stated window receive a refund; late cancellations may forfeit the fee.
  • Dribble acts as a marketplace connecting players and venues. We are not a party to the booking contract between you and the venue operator.

5. Subscriptions

Dribble may offer optional paid subscriptions (“Dribble Pro”) that unlock additional features. If you subscribe:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s account settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Play Store > Subscriptions).
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. User Conduct

When using Dribble, you agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or intimidate other users.
  • Provide false or misleading information in your profile or game listings.
  • Manipulate rankings, stats, or leaderboard positions.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
  • Repeatedly fail to show up for confirmed games without cancellation (“no-shows”).

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and code within the Dribble App are owned by Dribble or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. Your user-generated content (profile photos, game descriptions) remains yours, but you grant Dribble a non-exclusive license to display it within the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dribble is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for injuries that occur during games organized through the App.
  • We are not responsible for the condition, availability, or quality of venues listed on the platform.
  • We are not liable for disputes between players or between players and venue operators.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Dribble in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. Upon deletion, your profile, game history, and personal data are permanently removed from our systems. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your device settings before account deletion. Pending refunds or payouts will be processed before data removal where applicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
