Terms of Use
Last updated: January 1, 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to every person who uses the Dribble application operated by Dribble Sports LLC, a limited liability company registered at the Companies Control Department in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan under no. (84375), located in King Hussein Business Park, Amman (the “Company”).
These Terms are read together with the Privacy Policy and, for users who activate referee mode, the Referee Terms.
- “Application” or “Platform”: the Dribble mobile application, and any website, interface or other electronic system made available by the Company for the operation of its services. For the purposes of these Terms, “Application” and “Platform” carry the same meaning.
- “User”: every person who uses the Application, including a “Player” who books or participates in a Match.
- “Match”: any specific sporting fixture, defined by its time and place, booked through the Application and conducted under the Rules of the Sport, whether a refereed competitive match or a friendly match; this definition does not extend to tournaments organised by the Company.
- “Venue”: the person that operates a sporting facility listed on the Application and, where the context requires, that facility. The Venue is independent of the Company and remains responsible for its own premises, licences, equipment and safety standards.
- “Referee”: an independent service provider who officiates Matches under the Referee Terms.
- “Booking”: a reservation of a Venue, or of a Match with or without officiating, made through the Application.
- “Venue Price”: the amount set by the Venue for the reservation of its court for the period of the Booking, as displayed in the Cost Summary, and due to the Venue.
- “Officiating Fee”: the amount displayed in the Application for the officiating of a Match, due to the Referee.
- “Platform Service Fee”: the Company’s own charge to the User for its services, displayed as a separate item in the Cost Summary.
- “Cost Summary”: the itemised display of all amounts payable for a Booking before its confirmation.
- “Dribble Credit”: the balance defined in clause 9.
- “Privacy Policy”: the Privacy Policy published in the Application.
- “Referee Terms”: the Referee Terms published in the Application, governing referee mode.
- “Rules of the Sport”: the official or adopted rules of the sport concerned, together with any Match-specific rules notified before the Match.
2. Agreeing to these Terms
By creating an account or taking the electronic step designated for acceptance, the User confirms that he/she has read and understood these Terms and enters a binding agreement with the Company. Between the User and the Company, electronic acceptance has the effect of a handwritten signature, and the Company’s electronic records of the acceptance, including its date, time and the version accepted, are evidence of it unless the contrary is proved.
3. Your account
The Application is available only to natural persons who have attained eighteen (18) years of age and possess full legal capacity, and to legal persons through their authorised representatives. The User shall provide information that is true, accurate and current, and keep it updated.
The account is personal and may not be sold, transferred, rented or shared. The User shall notify the Company promptly of any suspected unauthorised use. The Company may suspend the account where it detects suspicious or fraudulent activity.
4. What Dribble Does
In respect of Bookings, the Company displays the Venues’ offerings, keeps records, and performs matching and scheduling; it collects amounts due to Venues and Referees on their behalf and for their account, through payment institutions licensed in the Kingdom. The Company is a principal only in respect of its own services, for which it charges the Platform Service Fee.
The Company is not a party to the contract between the Player and the Venue, nor to the officiating contract between the Players and the Referee. Tournaments organised by the Company are governed by the rules announced for each tournament.
The Company does not operate as a bank or financial institution and does not provide payment services; amounts collected for Venues and Referees are collected on their behalf and settled to them.
Disputes arising from the contract between a Player and a Venue, or between Players and a Referee, are resolved between those parties; the Company may make available the Booking records it holds.
5. Booking and Prices
5.1 A Booking is confirmed automatically once the number of Players required for the Match, as shown in the Application, is reached by the confirmation deadline shown in the Application. Upon confirmation, the booking contract forms directly between the Player and the Venue on the terms displayed at the time of Booking. Cancellation and refunds are governed exclusively by clause 7, and no cancellation terms set by a Venue apply.
5.2 Before confirmation, the Application displays a Cost Summary itemising: the Venue Price as set by the Venue; the Platform Service Fee as the Company’s own charge; and, where officiating is requested, the Officiating Fee. Each amount is displayed as what it is; the Company’s charges are not displayed as part of the Venue Price nor as a discount from it. The Venue is responsible for the price it sets and for any tax comprised in it; the Referee is responsible for any tax due on the Officiating Fee.
5.3 Information relating to a Venue is supplied by the Venue and displayed as supplied; the Venue is responsible for its accuracy.
5.4 The Application relies on services provided by others, among them payment institutions, hosting, maps, messaging, and application stores, each of which may be subject to its own terms. The Company is not answerable for any failure attributable to such a provider, without prejudice to its own obligations under these Terms.
6. Paying
6.1 Payments are made through the Application via payment institutions licensed in the Kingdom. Payment of the amounts shown in the Cost Summary through the Application constitutes direct fulfilment and discharges the User’s obligation, to the extent paid, toward the Venue in respect of the Venue Price and toward the Referee in respect of the Officiating Fee, from the moment payment is completed. The Company makes available in the Application a record of each completed payment.
6.2 These provisions do not apply to any amount paid in cash outside the Application; the Company is not a party to any payment made outside the Application.
6.3 Where the User disputes or reverses, through the payment institution, a payment for a Booking that was performed, the Company may suspend the account, cancel pending Bookings, provide the payment institution with the records of the transaction, and recover the amount reversed together with the costs of the reversal.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 The Company sets the rules on cancellation of Bookings and the refunds due on cancellation, which are those in this clause. They apply uniformly to every Booking on the Platform and form part of every booking contract. A Venue’s own cancellation terms do not apply to any Booking made through the Application. Before the User joins a Booking, the Application displays the latest time at which the User may cancel with a refund. For the purposes of this clause, the time of cancellation is the time recorded by the Application, and the “start time” is the scheduled start time of the Match shown in the Booking.
7.2 Amounts due for refund are credited to the User’s account as Dribble Credit. A User who wishes to receive the amount to the original method of payment instead may request this from the Company through the support channel in the Application; upon such a request the Company deducts the amount from the User’s credit, to the extent unused, and initiates the refund to the original method of payment. An automatic refund to the original method of payment is made where the payment institution permits it.
7.3 The User may cancel his/her participation in a Booking through the Application at any time before the start time, whether or not the Booking has been confirmed:
- (a) where the cancellation is made at least twelve (12) hours before the start time, the amounts the User paid for the Booking are refunded in full as Dribble Credit in accordance with clause 7.2;
- (b) where the cancellation is made less than twelve (12) hours before the start time, no refund arises, and the User may not join or create a Match for forty-eight (48) hours from the time of cancellation.
Where the Booking includes officiating, the User’s share of the Officiating Fee follows the same rule; the Referee’s entitlement on a late cancellation is governed by the Referee Terms.
7.4 If a Booking is not confirmed under clause 5.1 by the time shown in the Application for the Match, the Booking lapses and the amounts paid for it are refunded in full as Dribble Credit in accordance with clause 7.2.
7.5 Where the Venue cancels a Booking, whether or not confirmed, or a Match cannot be performed for a reason attributable to the Venue, the amounts paid for the Booking are refunded in full to all affected Players as Dribble Credit in accordance with clause 7.2. Where a Match stops after it has begun for a reason attributable to the Venue, the value of the unused portion is refunded in the same way. The restriction in clause 7.3(b) does not apply to the affected Players. A cancellation made by Players at the Venue’s request, or because of the Venue’s conduct, is treated as a cancellation by the Venue. Where the court materially differs from the Venue’s listing information, the Company may refund the affected Players in whole or in part according to the circumstances.
7.6 Where the User does not attend, the Booking is treated as performed and no refund arises. The Company may prevent the User from joining or creating a Match for forty-eight (48) hours from the start time.
7.7 Where a Match cannot be performed, or stops after it has begun, for a reason attributable to neither the Venue nor the User, such as extreme weather, interruption of power, or closure by order of a competent authority, the value of the unused portion is credited to the User as Dribble Credit under clause 7.2. Where a Match cannot be performed, or stops, for a reason attributable to the Players, including their conduct or a Referee’s decision to abandon the Match because of their conduct, no refund arises.
7.8 Where an assigned Referee does not attend or does not complete the Match, the Officiating Fee is refunded in full, or in proportion to the part not performed, and the booking of the Match is not affected.
7.9 Where, after confirmation, cancellations reduce the number of Players below that required for the Match, the Company may cancel the Booking, and the Players who have not cancelled are refunded in full as Dribble Credit in accordance with clause 7.2. The same applies where the Company cancels a Booking because the Venue’s listing is suspended or ended.
8. Matches with a Referee
Where officiating is ordered, the officiating contract forms directly between the Referee and those Players who ordered and paid for the officiating through the Application. The Officiating Fee shown in the Cost Summary is the Referee’s fee, and its payment through the Application discharges the Players toward the Referee in accordance with clause 6. If the Referee does not attend the Match, the Officiating Fee is refunded in accordance with clause 7; the consequences for the Referee are governed by the Referee Terms.
Referees are independent service providers, not employees or representatives of the Company. The Referee has full and final authority in the management of the Match, and the Company does not interfere in officiating decisions; the Referee’s conduct remains subject to the Referee Terms. Abuse directed at the Referee is a violation of these Terms and is addressed under clause 12.
9. Dribble Credit
9.1 Dribble Credit is a balance recorded in the User’s account, denominated in JOD, usable solely to pay for Bookings and services within the Application. It is not a deposit and accrues no interest or profit of any kind.
9.2 Dribble Credit received as a refund under clause 7.2 may be returned, upon the User’s request through the support channel, to the original method of payment where the payment institution permits it, and otherwise by another means agreed with the User. Reward credit is governed by clause 9.3.
9.3 Reward Dribble Credit has no cash value, may not be transferred, may not be used as a stake or wager in any form, may not be exchanged for cash, and may expire on the date stated when it is granted. The Company may cancel or reverse any credit granted in error or obtained without right.
10. Playing Fair
The User shall use the Application lawfully and shall not:
- (a) engage in violence, threats, harassment, racism, discrimination or abuse toward any person, including Venue staff, Referees and other Users;
- (b) engage in betting or wagering of any kind on Matches, or in match-fixing or collusion;
- (c) provide false or misleading information or impersonate any person;
- (d) interfere with the operation or security of the Application;
- (e) use contact details or information obtained through the Application to move a transaction that originated through it off the platform for the purpose of circumventing the Company’s fees;
- (f) use other Users’ data for any purpose outside the Application;
- (g) dispute or reverse, through the payment provider, a payment for a Booking that was performed, instead of using the refund route in clause 7;
- (h) take part in a Match while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or any substance materially affecting the ability to take part safely;
- (i) hold more than one account, or enter the account of another User;
- (j) use automated programs, crawlers, or extraction tools to reach the Platform, monitor it, or extract information from it;
- (k) manipulate ratings, whether by rating oneself, exchanging ratings for a consideration, coordinating in respect of them, or threatening a rating in order to obtain an advantage; or
- (l) contravene the safety instructions issued by the Venue or the instructions of the Referee during the Match.
Where a Venue or Referee proposes payment outside the Application, or a User proposes it to them, the person receiving the proposal shall notify the Company.
11. User Content
11.1 The User may upload pictures and media through the Application (“User Content”). The User retains ownership of his/her User Content, and grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, display, technically adapt and translate it for the purposes of operating the Application.
11.2 The User warrants that he/she holds the rights in the User Content and, where it shows identifiable persons, that their consent has been obtained. User Content must not be unlawful, infringing, indecent, misleading, or include others’ personal data without consent. The Company may remove User Content that violates these Terms. The Company may, but does not undertake to, monitor User Content; and may act on violations of which it becomes aware.
11.3 A rating or review must be truthful, must relate to an actual booking or Match, and must not contain defamatory, insulting, or unlawful content, or the personal data of another person. The Company may remove or disregard any rating that contravenes this clause or that appears to be the subject of manipulation, and may suspend the account of the User in breach.
12. When We May Restrict an Account
12.1 The Company may suspend an account, restrict access to it, cancel pending bookings, or close the account, in any of the following cases:
- (a) breach by the User of these Terms;
- (b) reasonable grounds for the Company to suspect fraud, misuse of the refund or cancellation mechanism, or manipulation of bookings or of ratings;
- (c) reversal of, or dispute over, any payment, or a payment remaining unpaid, or the User seeking the return of the price of a service actually received;
- (d) the User holding or creating more than one account without the consent of the Company, or obtaining access to the account of another User;
- (e) the User supplying information that is incorrect or misleading in a material respect;
- (f) the conduct of the User presenting a risk to the safety of another User, a Venue, a Referee, or the staff of any of them;
- (g) suspension or closure being required to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement or an order of a competent authority;
- (h) suspension or closure being necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Platform;
- (i) the User cancelling a Booking less than twelve (12) hours before the start time, or not attending, in which case the restriction stated in clause 7.3(b) or clause 7.6 applies.
12.2 Suspension is a temporary measure which the Company may lift when its ground ceases; closure is permanent.
12.3 Suspension or closure does not affect amounts due to either party before it, and refundable amounts in respect of cancelled bookings are refunded in accordance with clause 7.
13. Playing Safely
13.1 The User acknowledges that sporting activity carries ordinary physical risks and that participation is his/her informed choice. The User is responsible for his/her own acts and omissions and for those of any person he/she invites or brings to a Match or a Venue. Where the User brings a minor, the User is responsible for that minor’s supervision.
13.2 Before taking part, the User shall satisfy himself/herself of his/her physical fitness to take part; shall obtain medical advice where his/her condition so requires; shall use the protective equipment stipulated by the Venue or the Referee; shall comply with the safety instructions issued by the Venue and with the instructions of the Referee; shall not take part while under the influence of any substance affecting his/her ability to take part safely; and shall stop taking part where continuing has become unsafe.
14. Who is Responsible for What
14.1 The Venue answers for its premises, equipment and safety; the Referee for his/her services.
14.2 The Application may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside the Company’s control.
14.3 The Company does not warrant the availability of any Venue, nor its condition, suitability, safety, or licensing, and does not warrant the performance of any Referee.
14.4 Information supplied by Venues, Referees and Users is their own, and the Company does not warrant its accuracy. Any checks the Company chooses to carry out are for its own purposes and are not a warranty to any User.
14.5 Save for liability that may not be excluded or limited by law, the aggregate liability of the Company for claims arising out of a Booking shall not exceed the amounts the Company received from the User in respect of that Booking. This limit does not apply to fraud, gross fault, or death or personal injury.
14.6 A User who seeks a refund under clause 7.5 shall report the matter through the complaints channel within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled end of the Match. The Company determines, on the information available to it, whether clause 7.5, 7.7 or 7.9 applies and the amount of any refund, without prejudice to the User’s rights under the law.
15. The App Belongs to Dribble
15.1 The Application, its software, databases, designs and marks remain the property of the Company or its licensors; the User acquires no right in them beyond personal, non-transferable use of the Application under these Terms.
15.2 The User shall not copy the Application or any part of it, reproduce it, decompile it, reverse engineer it, modify it, translate it, or derive works from it; nor reproduce its interface; nor extract its databases or the information displayed in them, or reuse them; nor circumvent any technical protection measure; nor use any automated means to reach it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
16. Your Data
Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published in the Application.
17. Other Terms
17.1 The Company may amend these Terms by notice within the Application. Amendments apply prospectively; material amendments may require re-acceptance. Amendments do not affect Bookings already confirmed, which remain governed by the terms in force when they were made.
17.2 The Company may assign these Terms to a subsidiary or successor by notice within the Application. The User may not assign these Terms or any rights under them.
17.3 On a conflict between these Terms and any other document governing the relationship, the following order applies: (1) the mandatory provisions of Jordanian law; (2) the Privacy Policy, as regards the processing of personal data; (3) the Referee Terms, as regards the relationship with a Referee; (4) these Terms; (5) the operational rules published within the Application, which apply to operational matters alone and do not amend these Terms.
17.4 Where the Application is downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement governs the software licence for that download. Where it is downloaded from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service govern that download. In either case these Terms govern the services provided through the Application, and the store from which the Application was downloaded is not a party to these Terms.
17.5 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force and the parties would have accepted these Terms without it. Provisions which by their nature survive continue after closure of the account.
17.6 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute. These Terms are issued in both Arabic and English; the Arabic text shall be deemed the authorised and binding version and shall serve as the reference in the event of any dispute or difference in interpretation between the two texts.
17.7 Notices from the Company to the User are given through the Application or to the e-mail address or telephone number registered on the account. Notices to the Company are sent to the address published in the Application.
17.8 The Company’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of it.
17.9 No provision of these Terms creates a relationship of partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or representation between the Company and any User, Venue, or Referee, other than the collection of amounts on behalf of Venues and Referees as expressly described in clause 4.
17.10 Before bringing any claim before the courts, the User shall submit the dispute through the complaints channel in the Application and allow the Company thirty (30) days to resolve it.
17.11 Without prejudice to clause 7 as regards a Booking that is not performed, the Company is not in breach of these Terms, and its obligations are suspended, for so long as their performance is prevented by an event outside its control, including, without limitation, the failure of telecommunications or payment networks, an act of a public authority, epidemic, or the unavailability of a Venue or Referee for any reason not attributable to the Company.
☐ I agree to the Terms of Use.
